Ringlock scaffolding system is a new type of braced scaffolding system, which breaks through the traditional scaffolding fasteners and bolts fastening connection, using the pre-welded joint device at both ends of the crossbar and the joint device on the diagonal bar, the eight-hole disc welded on the upright bar, and using the principle of gravity wedge self-locking pins to achieve a complete replacement of the steel pipe and fasteners, connecting the crossbar with the upright bar and the diagonal bar, to form a flat triangular stable structure. Then the plane structure is combined in three dimensions to form a stable space structure. It has the advantages of high safety performance, labour saving, easy to set up and dismantle, saving the usage, and beautiful overall appearance.

Scaffolding ringlock ledgers are the horizontal members of ringlok scaffolding.They provide horizontal support for loads and planks.Ledgers are connected to the vertical Standards using the cast end with the captive wedge, which can be used as horizontal support for planks or act as guardrail edge protection. Ring lock side brackets form a stabilized triangle with connection portion of rosette design. Adds adjustable work height & space to scaffolding.

Ringlock Scaffolding Rosette
A Rosette is made of 9mm,9.5mm and 10mm steel. it contains 8 lasered openings into which a locking wedge or spigot fits. Scaffolding components such as diagonals, consoles, ... are clamped around the rosette each 45 degrees. The rosette thus allows very flexible 360° assembly.
